We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Duty Manager(s) to join a range of Auckland venues. Position Overview:

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients iconic establishment's operations. This includes managing staff, maintaining high-quality service standards, optimizing revenue, and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects their commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Lead by example and inspire the staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Ensure that all operational processes run smoothly.
  • Customer Experience: Prioritize guest satisfaction by consistently delivering an exceptional dining or entertainment experience. Address customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage the venue's budget, including cost control measures, revenue optimization, and profit margins.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high-performing team. Encourage professional growth and development among employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, including health and safety standards and licensing requirements.

Duty Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Preferred - proven experience as a Duty Manager or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
